Please be aware that the programs led by Dr. László Buda offered on the website are informational, educational, and self-awareness oriented. They are not designed to address every question that may arise related to a specific problem, disorder, syndrome, disease, or other topics, and they do not replace or substitute for personal consultations, examinations, and treatments with doctors, pharmacists, or other healthcare professionals. In cases of psychological or psychosomatic disorders, we recommend seeking medical or psychotherapeutic care!

SomatoDrama and Ultrabrief Therapy are self-awareness and self-healing methods characterized by simplicity, playfulness, naturalness, emotional richness, and effectiveness. Neither is a medical procedure, psychotherapeutic intervention, nor a non-conventional/naturopathic treatment. They do not rely on anatomical and physiological knowledge, altogether avoid using medical/naturopathic diagnoses, and do not deal with recommending or selling medicines or therapeutic products.

Introductory courses (Insight into the World of SomatoDrama, Insight into the World of Ultra-Short Therapy) allow participants to learn about the respective method’s development history, its main characteristics, indications and contraindications, and real-life functioning. Participants can also get closer to experiencing the method’s essence through their own experiences. These courses are educational and do not entitle participants to unauthorized use of the method or apply it to clients.

In our 20-day’ Ultrabrief Therapy Consultant’ training, we prepare consultants who can apply the Ultra-Short Therapy method. These consultants are not psychologists, psychotherapists, or authorized to practice psychotherapy, however, they are individuals capable of empathetically tuning in to another person and adequately supporting them in their own recognitions and decisions.

Individual consultations are not medical or psychotherapeutic interventions or naturopathic/non-conventional treatments. During consultations, we do not rely on anatomical and physiological knowledge, and we avoid using medical or naturopathic diagnoses. The consultation aims to help the client achieve meaningful recognitions about themselves, experience relevant emotions, actively reorganize certain areas of their subjective world, and mobilize their inner driving force towards their goals and well-being. In cases of psychological or psychosomatic disorders, we recommend seeking medical or psychotherapeutic care! The consultation should only be attended voluntarily based on an informed decision and at your own risk.
