General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the conditions for using the Website operated by Testtől Lélekig Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (hereinafter: Service Provider) at https://drlaszlobuda.com (hereinafter: Website), as well as the rights and obligations of the consumer (hereinafter: Buyer) who intends to use the service published on the Website.
Please read the following information carefully. We inform visitors to our Website in detail about the ways and possibilities of exercising their rights and the principles and practices we follow by the relevant laws. At the same time, this information aims to ensure that the Service Provider complies with the applicable regulations regarding consumer information. Please use our services only if you agree with all points and consider them binding for yourself.
This document is not filed and is concluded exclusively in electronic form (it does not constitute a written contract and is not filed by the Service Provider). It does not refer to any code of conduct. By using the Website, you, as the Buyer (from now on: Buyer), accept and acknowledgeF the provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions as binding for yourself and accept the following.

Basic Provisions:1.1. These GTCs come into effect on July 1, 2020, and are valid until revoked or amended.
1.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally make any changes or corrections to the GTC or the Website without prior notice. The new, amended GTC will become effective when the Service Provider publishes it on https://drlaszlobuda.com In the case of a significant modification of the GTC, the Service Provider will inform users of the modification on the https://drlaszlobuda.com website 30 (thirty) days before it comes into effect. The information will include a specific reference to the modified provisions of the GTC, the effective date of the modification, and the availability of the modified GTC. The Buyer accepts the modified GTC when placing an order after the modification comes into effect.
Ordering 2.1. The Buyer can order and pay for the desired service on the Website without registration.
2.2. By purchasing on the Website, the Buyer accepts these GTCs and can review the conditions laid down in the Privacy Notice published on the Website.
2.3. The Buyer must provide real personal data (full name, salutation, billing data, email address, phone number) during the purchase. The Service Provider excludes liability if the Buyer uses the services on behalf of another person or with another person’s data.
2.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems or errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
Available Services: 3.1. The Service Provider continuously displays the range of available (purchasable) services, their names, nature, detailed descriptions, and prices on the Website. Prices are in Hungarian Forint and include the applicable VAT. The Service Provider does not accept other currencies (e.g., euros).
3.2. The Service Provider will email notification about eligibility for the ordered services, so shipping costs are not charged.
3.3. If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform Users about the promotion and duration.
Order Process:4.1. Orders can be placed on the Website 24/7. The Buyer can order and pay for one service per purchase.
4.2. The information provided on the Website does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract by the Seller. In the case of orders covered by these GTCs, the Buyer is considered the offeror.
4.3. If the Service Provider cannot fulfill its contractual obligation because the service cannot be provided (e.g., due to capacity limitations), it must inform the User immediately and refund the amount paid by the User within thirty days. Fulfilling this obligation does not exempt the Service Provider from the other consequences of breaching the contract.
4.4. The fee for the service ordered on the Website is paid in advance by bank card (SimplePay) or by transfer. In the case of a successful payment, the Buyer will receive an invoice and an email confirmation about the details of the purchased service within a few minutes after the purchase or the next business day at the latest. The contract is concluded with the arrival of the confirmation email sent by the Service Provider to the Buyer, and the Buyer receives the information entitling them to use the ordered service. The Service Provider excludes liability for the confirmation if it does not arrive in time because the Buyer provided an incorrect email address during registration, the storage space of the account is complete, or for other reasons or circumstances independent of the Service Provider, the Buyer cannot receive messages, or the Service Provider cannot send messages.
4.5. In case of cancellation, non-commencement, or service interruption for any reason, the Service Provider does not refund the fee paid by the Buyer. In such cases, the Buyer is responsible for transferring the opportunity to use the service to someone else with a prior agreement at least one week before the program. Upon special request and individual consideration, it is possible to transfer 50% of the already paid amount to another service provided by the Service Provider within six months after the payment.
4.6. If the service is not fulfilled due to the Service Provider, the paid fee will be fully refunded to the Participant or can be fully transferred to another service.
4.7. The Buyer acknowledges that it constitutes a breach of contract on their part, based on what the Service Provider may refuse to provide the service in whole or in part, if the Buyer: a) violates or obstructs the provision of the service with their behavior, b) arrives to receives the service drunk or under the influence of other mind-altering or psychoactive substances, or c) otherwise obstructs the Service Provider from providing the service at an appropriate level. In the case of a breach of contract by the Buyer, they cannot claim any financial compensation (fee refund) from the Organizer.
- Complaint Handling and Other Enforcement Options: The Buyer may submit consumer complaints related to the service or the Service Provider’s activities in writing, verbally, by phone, or by other electronic communication services to the following contact details: Testtől Lélekig Kft., address: 1067 Budapest, Eötvös Street 51, 4th floor, 1st, phone: +36 20 57 17 826, email: info@drlaszlobuda.com The Service Provider will address verbal complaints immediately if possible. If immediate resolution of the verbal complaint is not possible due to the nature of the complaint, or if the Buyer disagrees with the handling of the complaint, the Service Provider will record the complaint in a report, which it will keep for five years, along with the substantive response to the complaint. In the case of verbal complaints communicated by phone or other electronic communication services, the Service Provider will send a copy of the report to the Buyer at the same time as the substantive response. The Service Provider assigns a unique identifier to complaints recorded by phone or other communication tools, simplifying the retrieval of the complaint later. The Service Provider will respond substantively to written complaints within 30 days, i.e., within this deadline, it will arrange for the postal forwarding (dispatch) of the response to the consumer complaint. In case of rejection of the complaint, the Service Provider informs the Buyer about the reasons for the refusal and the authority or conciliation body that the Buyer can initiate proceedings with, depending on the nature of the complaint. If any dispute between the Service Provider and the Buyer is not resolved during the negotiations, the Buyer can initiate legal proceedings, and, if the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, the following enforcement options are available for consumer disputes:
complaint to the consumer protection authority, or
initiation of conciliation body proceedings. The contact details of the conciliation bodies in the various counties can be viewed here: http://www.bekeltetes.hu/index.php?id=testuletek. If the Buyer, as a consumer, has yet to turn to a conciliation body or the procedure has not led to a result, the consumer can turn to the court to resolve the dispute. Hungarian law applies to the legal relationship and/or disputes arising between the parties under these GTCs. If the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, the competent court for disputes arising from this contract with the consumer is exclusively the court of the consumer’s domestic place of residence according to Section 26(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure. In other matters, the competent and jurisdictional court of the Service Provider’s registered office is agreed upon by the parties as the competent court.
- Copyright: The Website and its content are considered copyrighted works, so it is prohibited to download (copy), re-broadcast to the public, use in any non-authorized way, electronically store, process, or sell any part of the content displayed on the Website without the written consent of the Service Provider. Materials from the Website and its database may be taken only with written permission and only by referring to the specific Website.

- Right of Withdrawal: According to the provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Service Provider within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day the contract is concluded. The Buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal by sending a clear statement to this effect or by using the withdrawal declaration template included in Appendix 1 of these GTC by post or email: Postal address: 1067 Budapest, Eötvös Street 51, 4th floor, 1st, or email: info@drlaszlobuda.com The Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal within the deadline if they send their withdrawal statement to the Service Provider before the withdrawal period expires. If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, the Service Provider will refund the amount paid by the Buyer without delay but no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement. The Service Provider will use the same payment method for the refund used in the original transaction unless the Buyer expressly agrees to a different payment method; the Buyer will not incur any additional costs due to this refund method.
- Miscellaneous Provisions: 9.1. Matters not regulated in these GTC, as well as their interpretation, are governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.), Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce and Information Society Services, Act XLVII of 2008 on the Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices Against Consumers, and the relevant provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The mandatory provisions of the applicable laws apply to the parties without specific stipulations.
9.2. For these GTCs, a consumer is a natural person over 18 who acts outside their trade, profession, or business activity according to Section 8:1(1)(3) of the Civil Code.
9.3. The Service Provider and the Buyer will primarily try to settle their disputes amicably. If any part of these Rules becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it does not affect the remaining parts’ validity, legality, and enforceability.
9.4. The Testtől Lélekig Kft. does not take responsibility for any software errors that may arise during the operation of its Website for any reason. In case of an error, the Service Provider requests its Buyers to inform the Service Provider at one of the contact details provided in point 5 as soon as possible to eliminate the error and take the necessary measures.
