On this page, I’ve collected some opinions and feedback from participants of my courses and readers of my books written to me over the past few years. By looking, you can get a subjective impression of the program’s atmosphere and the reading experience of the books.

Descriptions and Participant Feedback
You can read here details from the experiences of people participating in our SomatoDrama® programs. We share excerpts from their letters so that you can get first-hand impressions of the practical workings of the method and the unique experiences during the games. Occasionally, you can also read summaries of the games that provide an outline of an entire process. This is only a fraction of the many feedbacks we receive, and we continuously upload new reading material here. Therefore, if you are revisiting this page, skim through it from the beginning to find what you still need to read…
"My first encounter with SomatoDrama left such a deep impression on me that I was in a state of disbelief for the rest of the day, repeating, "I can't believe it." ...
I must add that I had already read the book by Laszlo BUDA the father of SomatoDrama, titled “Unread Messages – From Your Body,” so I theoretically understood the “game,” but what happened there completely surprised me. I had encountered other methods before, such as mind control and Ho’oponopono. Still, this feeling and experience were entirely new. … There were so many touching moments in the game that I often struggled with tears, and it still fills me with wonder when a game comes to life. Whether I participated as an actor, protagonist, or director, no matter how much I thought this wasn’t my story, by the end of the game, it turned out that it very much was. I am in every game; each one heals and teaches me. About love. … It’s also worth noting that my physical complaints disappeared two days later.” (É)
"I already believed that during a SomatoDrama game, illnesses would transform into internal emotional processes and patterns, and I had experienced this before. ...
However, it was truly astonishing that participants from two different groups began to feel the same emotions and took on the same formation by the end of the game. The conclusion was the same for two other issues of mine.” (K)
"I had some anxiety about how I would be able to play the role of another person's organ or symptom. How would I know what to do? How conscious would I be, and how much could I switch off my consciousness? ...
In the game, I was given the role of “edema.” Fortunately, I didn’t have time to think about it because the protagonist immediately “arranged” and showed me my position. In this situation, I immediately started to “feel” something “activated” within me. I didn’t act based on my consciousness; I don’t know what guided my actions. The important thing is that we all became emotionally involved, and the game worked!!! The protagonist was able to express what was causing tension within them, which was resolved by allowing them to feel it emotionally, intensely experiencing their pain (sobbing), and verbalizing it. It was exciting that we started on a physical level (leg, edema, fear). In the developed constellation, the protagonist recognized their children and their connections to each other (switching to the family scene), and even went beyond this: the situation evoked the pattern of relationships formed in their original family (father, mother, paternal grandmother, and the protagonist as a child), which brought up the pain in their soul they had been carrying since childhood. This could be the emotional pattern that has now been activated in their current life situation.”
"It is astonishing to repeatedly experience how emotions arise as we take on our roles. I've been in many roles, but now I want to share my experience when I played the UTERUS with a tiny EMBRYO. ...
The problem was that the embryo couldn’t be implanted. Our Protagonist positioned us in an initial setup as she imagined the internal relationships. I am very accepting and adaptable, but as soon as I took on the role of the UTERUS, I started to feel that this EMBRYO was forceful and exploitative. I wanted to connect with it, but not in such a way that it would nestle into my lap and burrow in. I wanted to communicate in an “adult manner.” I tried to sit it up and look into its eyes, but it got offended and didn’t want to communicate with me in any way. Even though I said I wanted it to look at me, it refused. Moreover, it got so angry that it sent me away. I felt hurt but stepped aside. And somehow, instead of being offended, I softened. I accepted that it couldn’t “connect as an adult,” as I expected, but that I needed to adapt to it and give it what it needed to love it well, in a way that suited it. I went back to it, allowed it to burrow into my lap, and arranged my hand to stroke it. It was beautiful to experience complete release after the initial tension and to give what it needed in the way that suited it.” (N)
"From a very young age, I had numerous health problems, including thyroid disease and endometriosis with a large cyst. The doctor, of course, delivered the final verdict: surgery, medication, and not to expect children. ...
At that point, I decided to seek another path to healing, which led me to SomatoDrama. It was the best decision I could have made because this August, our little girl was born without any surgery or medication. The human body is truly amazing! It’s incredible how, from a tiny grain of rice we saw in the first ultrasound, a beautiful, vibrant little person emerged, even though, according to Western medicine, she shouldn’t be here! We are very grateful that you tirelessly bring SomatoDrama to people, and we wish you much strength in continuing this work because there are many stories similar to ours!” (A)
"A woman had no medical explanation for her underactive thyroid . Several assumptions included depression, nervous system issues, lymphatic system problems, fatigue, and heart arrhythmia. ...
In the game, she personified all five conditions and arranged them in a line, with the heart walking alone in front and the others following in pairs. When asked how it felt to watch this, she said it looked like a funeral procession. At this point, the game leader asked her to continue viewing them as a funeral procession. At that moment, the Heart Arrhythmia fell and cried out for help. The woman began to sob and revealed that her Father had fallen and died, and she was the only one who wasn’t there. After this, she started speaking to the character representing her Father, who said he couldn’t let go of her even in death because he had made so many mistakes, and it hurt him. The Father also sobbed. They said their goodbyes to each other, and everyone calmed down. In the end, all the characters came together, swaying in unison.” (B)
"The protagonist quietly reveals that she has a scar on her breast. She is already scheduled for surgery but wants to get closer to her true self, to feel and understand what is happening within her. ...
She asked me to play the role of the Scar, then named and selected a Breast and a Womb as fellow players. First, she establishes an emotional connection with her gaze, then with words, encouraging us to come alive.
The powerful presence of the group immediately overwhelms me. I become weak, sinking deeper and deeper into a paralyzing lethargy moment by moment. Infinite exhaustion envelops me, and I feel an intense pressure on my chest; even breathing becomes difficult. Standing is impossible; the earth pulls me down, and I lie down. I curl into a small ball, feeling vulnerable, insignificant, and futile.
Then the world disappears, and I am alone. I start to cry. At first, it’s internal, for me, then audibly, repeating that they should let me go, that I have no business here anymore. But nothing happens; it feels like time has stopped, and it doesn’t matter what happens next.
Much later, I notice that the Breast and Womb are standing together, embracing each other, watching with concerned attention. They are entirely attuned to each other; they love each other very much, and I do not doubt that. They don’t speak and look at me with deep sadness, but it feels as if an invisible wall stands between us. This makes it even worse. I want to move, somehow reach them, connect, speak to them, do something, but I can’t; I am helpless.
The protagonist starts to cry. She signals to the game leader, thanking them and saying she would like to end the game at this point. The game was purifying for all of us in the circle.
Later, the protagonist shared that in those moments, she realized that the Scar represented their stillborn child, and the Breast and Womb were herself and her husband, the parents. Both she and her husband had come into the marriage with one child each, and the stillborn child would have been their first child together, whom they had not been able to let go of and mourn until now. (Today, they are raising four children together).” (É)

"I enjoyed every minute of the consultation, no matter how difficult. Since then, I have been feeling fantastic. ...
As you said, we can’t force change, but what I let go of during our session released and initiated a lot within me and, consequently, in my environment. What I received from you has made life more beautiful and more accessible. What I accomplished with your help worked. My emotional expressions are entirely different now. Things are transforming. Life is gaining meaning.” Zsuzsi
"I think of the guidance I received during the individual consultations with love and respect. ...
I brought up difficult topics for me… Since then, I have felt much more resilient; my weight is decreasing, and my endurance is increasing. I am beginning to set boundaries and limits. Most importantly, when I notice a symptom in myself, I identify it with the events happening around me, then I try to let it go, and most of all, I have a good laugh at myself instead of feeling pain. Csilla
"Thank you for today's profound therapy, the attention, and the sense of safety. I had a new experience I had not encountered before and gained perspectives that liberated something within me. ...
I am sure that an internal process has begun, bringing noticeable changes in the future. It was a special joy and honor to meet you in person.” Katalin

"Thank you for writing this book, and thank you for allowing me to find it and read it. Some parts made me smile (due to the humorous descriptions), and you express yourself clearly and understandably. I read every word with enthusiasm. ...
Our bodies have an incredible self-healing ability, which I have experienced firsthand. In my youth, I was often ill and underwent many surgeries, which would not have been necessary if I had realized earlier what was causing my many problems. I have experienced several times that my body healed itself without even taking medication. By the time the examination was carried out, I had no issues. I began searching for the causes of many illnesses, and those who seek shall find them. Recently, a relative of mine was admitted to neurology, and I was saddened to realize that even there, they do not care about the patient’s soul; they only try to eliminate the symptoms with medication. I have also experienced misdiagnoses. More and more people will recognize that their healing is in their own hands and take responsibility for themselves instead of expecting someone else to ‘fix’ them. It was good to read in your book that even a doctor has problems just like an ‘ordinary’ mortal and bravely admits it, sharing personal experiences with the reader. Your case descriptions are interesting and understandable, and it is clear that you genuinely want to help those who turn to you. I particularly like that you get close to your patients, even using the healing power of touch and embrace. I wish you much success in your work and hope that many recovered patients will assist you in new realizations. I also want your colleagues successful and love-filled work.” Mária
"From the very beginning, it was an incredibly powerful impulse to read the book, and I was happy that FINALLY, THERE IS SOMEONE who truly UNDERSTANDS/LIVES what they are writing about, not just words, and the most important things are gathered together in one place. ...
I practice Eastern healing, and from the book, I almost heard back all the essential things I have collected over the years through self-effort/self-therapy and emphasized to everyone during their therapies. Still, I have never heard them collected like this from anyone else before. I recommend it to everyone with great joy; it is a highly significant, wonderfully successful book! My heartfelt congratulations!” Évi
Excellent thoughts, brilliantly and readably compiled; congratulations, and thank you! SomatoDrama is a great invention! ...
I also like the direct tone and the stories from your life, as well as how you shared the arrival and realization of the SomatoDrama idea. I am eagerly looking forward to the continuation! Bori
