“Dear Doctor,
At the end of your book, you thank me for reading it. However, I want to thank you for writing this beautiful, valuable book and allowing me to read it. I have been searching for something like this for a long time and finally found it. You wrote this book for those who have been through hell and showed them the way. I was one of them, and your book has been my support – as you wrote: THE SPICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!”

Who is the book for?
My first book was published in the fall of 2013; since then, nearly fifty thousand copies have been sold. Besides the personal joy this brings me, as it clearly shows that it was worth undertaking, there is also a more collective, broader joy in me knowing that this topic interests so many people! I almost get chills thinking about the future possibility that, in time, everyone will examine, interpret, and treat the functioning of the human body only in conjunction with the functioning of the soul residing within it… that it will become a daily reality for people to communicate with their bodies and organs… that everyone will experience the vast potential of self-healing…
This book has allowed me to thoroughly elaborate on what I have understood about the unity of body and soul, the relationship between health and illness, and the miracle of healing and recovery. Since its publication, I have received hundreds of enthusiastic feedback. I was surprised that quite a few people reported their healing, even though this was not part of my initial expectations. I am genuinely excited about how many readers have turned what is described in the book into a healing practice for themselves! It means a lot to me that so many took the trouble to provide feedback on their experiences. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my dear readers!
Although our own body is our “most faithful companion” throughout our lives, our relationship with it often deteriorates and becomes contradictory.
We may like certain parts of it and be proud of them, but we reject, hate, and sometimes even feel disgusted by other parts. When this body “breaks down,” we react with confusion, fright, or anger, and if the complaint does not go away on its own, we seek external solutions, perhaps taking it to a “repairman.”
It is relatively rare for someone to regularly experience feelings of gratitude, love, tenderness, acceptance, respect, and admiration towards their own body, to take care of it accordingly, and to strive to understand and take its signals seriously, whether they come in the form of minor discomforts, weight problems, exhaustion, or more severe illnesses.
Your body reflects your emotions, thoughts, memories, relationships, and conflicts. Your entire life story is revealed in it – and often that of your parents and ancestors too. If you want to decipher what your symptoms are telling you, if you want to heal, it is essential to communicate with your body, to have an experience of how to address it and how it responds to you in its unique “language.” The body never lies. Its mode of communication is clear, powerful, maximally personal – and yes, often painful and relentless. At the same time, it is ready at every moment to help you understand and change something essential.
In this book, I share everything I’ve learned and experienced over the past two decades about healing communication with the body. I aim to guide you in uncovering the deeper meaning of your symptoms, in developing a more intimate, loving relationship with your body. I also introduce the method I’ve created, SomatoDrama. This method, I believe, has the potential to transform your relationship with your body and your understanding of your symptoms, and I’m excited to share it with you.

“I purchased your book and read it with great interest. I have also recommended it to others. While reading the book, I took notes on what came to mind from my own life regarding each topic. I am also engaging with these insights and utilizing my intuition. Thank you for writing the book, for presenting practical examples, and for your confessions, which convinced me that it is possible to eliminate problems carried for decades after simple realizations.” Erzsi
“I read the book “What is Your Body Telling You?” enthusiastically, and I was delighted to find how well I could tune into the exercises it contains. I have been doing them ever since, talking to my body and organs, and I feel they are grateful for it. Sometimes, they even respond, occasionally through an inner voice or images. This represents an entirely new relationship for me, which I am pleased about. Without any exaggeration, I find the method brilliant. I also spread the word among my friends and family, and it’s fantastic how much it has helped so many people.” Veronika
“I am deeply grateful for all the thoughts you put on paper and shared with us in your book. Congratulations on this beautiful, well-organized writing, which has helped people like us who ask questions, doubt, and seek answers. Every moment spent reading it filled me with happiness and brought peace to my soul, knowing there is a solution for everything. We don’t have to go far; we must turn inward, get to know, and care for what we have. Thank you.” Ildikó
